Accommodation

We recommend booking a hotel or Air BnB local in Cleveland, Queensland.

Choose from a coastal view on the bay or surround yourself with the bush and wildlife of Mount Cotton. Near by accomodation in Alexandra Hills and Cleveland starts at $144 per night and is a 5 minute drive from the wedding venue.

Brisbane CBD is a 45 minute drive from Cleveland and would be an expensive Uber/Taxi.

We don't recommend staying on the islands the night of the wedding. Ferry times might not sink up with the wedding and you could be left homeless on the mainland.

Travel

If you're booking flights let us know your schedule early. We can help you plan your commute to the Redlands.

Getting around

The Redlands is located in Southern Greater Brisbane on Moreton Bay. Services can be limited in non peek times. If you would like to easily get around the area we recommend hiring a car.

Taxis and private cars

If your only intention is to stay-sleep-celebrate-repeat, Uber and Didi services are very accessible.

Public transport

The train will take you straight into the city, and Nic know's all the buses to catch if you do need to go somewhere. All services are tap-on so you will need a TransLink GoCard.

The closest train stations to the wedding are Cleveland and Ormiston and would require a ride to get to there from the wedding. Trains do run regularly until midnight and will take you along the bay before reaching Brisbane CBD.
